Biography

Born and raised in Fair Haven Heights, I know how great our neighborhood is. Growing up I played football in Hollywood Park and bought snacks at The Corner Store. When the New Haven Register was an afternoon paper I had a route along Russell Street, and I graduated from Wilbur Cross High School. Along with my parents, Penn and Kassie, and four siblings – Aaron, Lily, Annabel and Gabriella - I grew up surrounded by wonderful neighbors, safe streets, good friends and a belief that hard-working people deserve a great neighborhood to call home.

Now I’m sales manager of a growing company in New Haven and I understand the importance of small business in our community. As a Drill Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve I know the hard work needed to earn such a difficult position. As a Justice of the Peace I’ve been trusted to preside over the most important day in a young couple’s life. And as a native-son of New Haven, I know how our city runs.
